Frequently Asked Questions

Is the pilot really free?

Yes. Following approval and agreement with a partner school, one class with up to 35 pupils can use the text-based pilot for six weeks from activation, without payment or card details.

What happens after the pilot?

Schools can continue using Bridge by purchasing an annual school licence. We'll notify you before your pilot ends.

Are there any setup fees?

No. There are no additional setup or onboarding fees for a standard school licence.

Can more than one teacher use Bridge?

Yes. The standard school licence includes unlimited teacher accounts for your registered school.

What if we need more than 250 student places?

Larger schools can choose a Bridge School Plus licence or contact us for a tailored multi-school or district plan.

Is VAT included?

No. All published prices exclude VAT, which will be added at checkout if applicable to your school's location.
