School Bridge uses account, school, participation and collaboration information to provide a teacher-managed international exchange service. We do not sell personal information or use pupil information for advertising.

Information we use

This may include school and staff contact details, student account identifiers, profile information approved by the school, messages, project contributions, moderation records, safeguarding reports and service-security logs.

Who can see information

Access is limited according to role and school partnership. Teachers oversee student participation. Approved service providers may process information to host, secure and support the service.

Retention and rights

Schools control their participants and should contact School Bridge to request access, correction, export or deletion. Safeguarding and audit records may be retained where required to protect students or meet legal obligations.
