Terms of Service

School Bridge is provided for verified schools to run supervised educational exchanges. Schools are responsible for authorising participants, obtaining any required permissions and supervising activity.

Acceptable use

Users must communicate respectfully, protect account details, follow school safeguarding rules and avoid sharing unnecessary personal or sensitive information. Content that is harmful, unlawful or outside the educational purpose may be removed.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the service develops. Schools should not use School Bridge as their only channel for urgent or safety-critical communication.
